• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and will expire if not used within the specified time.

• If fraud or misconduct is detected in claiming any bonus, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The crkiex VIP program has five tiers and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Achieving and advancing through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity and commitment on the platform. VIP benefits are at crkiex's discretion and may change.

Fair Play Policy

crkiex is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. The following matters are in effect under the fair play policy on our platform:
